Fat Boy's Pizza

Why I Chose This Spot:

The Wife was craving pizza, and this pizzeria is new to our area.

First Impressions:

As this establishment is situated in the midst of a modern strip center, it didn't stand out.  Upon entering, the dining area was very clean, with multiple booths and tables, at which to sit.  It appeared to have a full bare, with plenty of seating there, as well.  There was covered patio dining (for the 2 months each year in which the weather is nice enough to eat outside).

The Service:

Order at the counter, and then grab a table.  The young lady who took our order was knowledgeable, and friendly.

The Menu:

The restaurant was known for their 2' slices (of virtually any pizza they make).  They make a 12", a 16" or a 30" (yes, you read that right).

What was ordered:
The Wife ordered a small cheese, and she added mushroom and onion.  I ordered a small The Meats,  The crust was apparently hand-tossed, but was still thin.  They make their tomato sauce in-house.

The Food:

Everything that we ordered was tasty, and prepared correctly.  Unfortunately, The Wife received her pizza approximately 10 minutes before I received mine.  As I consumed my pizza, every time that I lifted a slice, virtually all of the sausage fell off.

Value for Money:

The prices ranged from $7 for a slice to $45 for a 30" The Fat Boy.

Would I Return?

Absolutely.  All of the food tasted great and the price/portion was more than fair.
